Associate
Rachel is an Associate in the Private Client team and an English-qualified Solicitor (non-practising).
Rachel has over five years’ non-contentious trust and fiduciary law experience with other major law firms in Jersey. Rachel advises a wide range of professional trustees, family office, and private clients on all issues concerning trusts and foundations, including establishing, re-structuring and drafting trusts and foundations and other ancillary documents, as well as advising on the establishment and use of private trust companies and related corporate advice. She also works with ultra-high net worth individuals and families, both local and foreign, and their advisors on estate planning matters including will drafting, establishing will trusts, and assisting clients wishing to obtain a Jersey grant of probate. Rachel’s practice also includes the dissolution, reinstatement, and migration of Jersey private companies.
Prior to joining Dickinson Gleeson, most recently Rachel worked as a Manager at Crestbridge Family Office Services and an Associate in the Private Client team at Keystone Law in London.
Rachel obtained her law degree from the University of Exeter and trained as an English Solicitor at Penningtons Manches Cooper in London. She also has a Masters in International Political Theory from the University of Edinburgh.
