Associate
Emma is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Dickinson Gleeson.
Emma is a qualified attorney and advocate in South Africa (currently non-practising), with more than 12 years of experience representing individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation and public law. She relocated to Jersey in 2023. With prior experience in litigation at all levels, including appellate litigation, Emma is an experienced litigator. As a result, Emma is able to provide pragmatic and commercially sound advice to clients in contentious matters.
Emma is currently studying her third Master of Laws in International Corporate and Commercial Law at Kings College, London. Her previous Master of Laws degrees explored legal solutions to complex issues in intellectual property law, international trade law and constitutional law.
Emma also clerked for Justice Yacoob of the Constitutional Court of South Africa in 2009.
