This includes will drafting, establishing will trusts, advising on Jersey inheritance issues and assisting clients in obtaining Jersey grants of probate.  With clients increasingly having a breadth of international interest, we regularly work with intermediaries on cross-border estate planning and probate matters. Our partners are, from time to time, appointed to act as executors of estates.
